We are incredibly excited to announce the new Empress Mills Warehouse Shop will be opening 04.07.24! It is in a different location to our previous premises so please be sure to check the address.
This is truly a warehouse shop – quite literally in our warehouse. It is stocked with 1000s of fabrics and notions and has access to 1000s more!
Things are neat and tidy for sure but are packed on racking – for your comfort wear sensible shoes.

Parking
There is street parking around the building.
We are also right next to the main town car park. This operates a disk parking policy. Disks are available from us or other shops in the area.

Business As Usual?
If you visited our previous shop things are a little different. Our new premises have more of a warehouse feel (in fact it is literally part of our warehouse). While we have massively extended Fabric & Haberdashery ranges than the previous shop we regrettably do not yet have cafe or toilet facilities.
Does The Warehouse Shop Have Everything That Is Online?
Our shop can’t display every item we stock online. The warehouse itself is 20,000sq ft and we have an additional building that we use for storage too! The shop is part of the warehouse so can’t display everything.
