How To Get The Most From Your Empress Card
Be sure to have your card scanned every time you are in-store. This will:
- Enter you in the monthly prize draw (every time you visit in a month you can enter – so potential for lots of entries!)
- Will lower prices on certain items instantly!
- On special days will also unlock extra treats or discounts!
- Random Empress Card Prizes throughout the month!

Can You Use Your Card Online?
Not specifically.
There is nowhere online to enter your Empress Card Number. However, by registering for an Empress Card you also access all our E-Newsletter Exclusive Treats. There is usually at least one exclusive treat per newsletter plus Exclusive Newsletter Events too!
I Am An Online Customer Only – Am I Missing Out
As long as you are subscribed to the Empress E-Newsletter (Click Here) then No. We want to make shopping with us a treat whether you are in-store or online. The Empress Card is a way for us to get to know our in-store customers and treat them – this is similar to the Empress E-Newsletter and you being registered for an online account.
There are some in-store specials that we can’t yet make available online due to their fleeting nature. We really do encourage a store visit – we are sure you will enjoy it and have had customers from as far afield as Dublin, Devon and Aberdeen through to the Isle Of Man, Norfolk and Swansea visit already and were all pleased they had made the trip!
Does The Empress Card Give Me A Discount On Everything?
Not blanketly across everything no. However, it does give discounts on certain marked items (look out for Empress Card Price stickers around the shop). Even if you haven’t opted for anything where there is an instant price reduction with your card do be sure to get it scanned to enter the draw for that month!

Why Bother Scanning then I hear you ask – well every time you visit and have your card scanned you will be entered into our monthly prize draw. visit 5 times in a month and be entered five times!
