Egyptian Cotton - Superb Quality
A fabulous 440 count Egyptian Cotton fabric. An absolute favourite at the national shows and with anyone in the know - this fabric has crossed all practical and creative boundaries. Its uses having ranged from embroidery backing, quilt piecing and quilt backing through to bedding, pillow cases and clothing.
We struggle to adequately describe the simple luxurious perfection of this mercerised fabric that has the texture of a pure silk and the durability of a long staple tightly woven cotton. My enthusiasm for this fabric always causes amusement in the office but I stand by every word. Ask For A Sample if you are not convinced!!!

Recommended Dyes
The Egyptian Cotton Fabric works well with most dyes but particular favourites which produce fabulous results are Procion Dyes. More info is available on the dye pages.
