Lightweight, Bi-Elastic For Stretch - Iron On Interfacing | H609 Vilene
Lightweight, Bi-Elastic Vlieseline (Vilene) Interfacing - made out of a polyamide yarn the interfacing is a fusible knitted construction designed to have extreme elasticity.
With a soft and elegant handle, the interfacing provides elasticity on both the warp and the weft. It is ideal for use on large or small parts of elastic high-class outer fabrics e.g. Jerseys etc.
The ideal Interlining for stretch fabrics, jersey, sequin stretch etc.
30" / 75 cms Wide. A Full Roll Is 25m.
Method For Use
1. Lay the interlining with the coated side facing the reverse side of the fabric.
2. Iron on dry for around 8 seconds.
3. Press the iron down firmly over each section 5–6 times. (Iron setting: silk/wool). After fixing, lay the pieces down flat to cool down for around 30 minutes to allow the bond to stabilise.

Featuring a fusible side plus stretchability on both the warp and weft it is ideal for fusing to fabrics with movement such as Jerseys, Sequin Stretch and more. It adds firmness making them much easier to sew and also more suitable for use in finished garments or projects.
With the specially formulated Vlieseline (Vilene) heat fusible glue the adhesion holds even after many cycles of washing and fabric care.
