Privileged Customer Terms And Conditions

By signing up to The Privileged Customer Card and Scheme you are agreeing to the terms and conditions inclusive of the privacy policy displayed on this page. 		Privileged Customer Terms And Conditions
The scheme 1. The Empress Mills Privileged Customer Cards are issued by and remain the property of Empress Mills (1927) Ltd. We reserve the right to not accept an application for membership and, at any time without notice to: A. Terminate the scheme; B. decline to issue a card; C. on reasonable grounds, withdraw and/or cancel Privileged Customer Cards and associated benefits, or to alter or amend the benefits and terms and conditions of the operation of the scheme. Reasonable grounds include (i) any abuse or attempted misuse of the scheme, and (ii) any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty on the part of the member or in a manner which is contrary to the terms and conditions of The Privileged Customer Scheme.

2. The Privileged Customer Card is not transferable, and can only be used by the person whose signature is on the card but may also be used by any member of the Privileged Customer’s immediate family resident at the same address as registered for the main card holder.

3. The Empress Mills (1927) Ltd Privileged Customer Card scheme is only for personal and consumer use. Privilege rewards and any scheme associated benefits cannot be transferred, sold or in any way traded. They may however be pooled with people at the same postal address.

4. Your Privileged Customer Card cannot be used for any transaction where the beneficiary is a business and/or the owners of a business.

5. Members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of Empress Mills (1927) Ltd.

6. Your Privileged Customer Card can be used to receive the Privileged Reduction in face to face transactions at the Empress Mills’ store, at any of our trade stands, when ordering over the telephone or placing an internet order with us on our website (www.empressmills.co.uk). Your Privileged Customer Card cannot be used as a credit card or guarantee card.
Reductions 7. To receive a reduction on a transaction at the Empress Centre or at a trade stand, your Privileged Card must be presented. Purchases made via mail order or online will require you to quote your Privileged Customer Number which you will receive once you have registered.

8. Privileged Customer Reduction will not be given for purchases of some special offer goods, or payment of workshop/class fees, or purchases of Gift Cards. Other products may, at any time and without warning, be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of Empress Mills (1927) Ltd.

9. You must spend at least £1 in a single transaction for the transaction to qualify for a Privileged Customer Reduction then a 5% reduction will be applied. This can be altered at the discretion of Empress Mills. Empress Mills shall be entitled to set a limit on the number of promotional items available to purchase while receiving the Privileged Customer Reduction. If relevant goods and items are returned or cancelled for any reason a refund of the purchase price inclusive of the Privileged Customer Reduction will be given i.e. the actual amount paid by the ‘privileged customer’ not the retail price to regular customers.

10. The current Privileged Customer Reduction is 5% on the purchase price. Empress Mills (1927) Ltd. reserves the right to vary the rate at any time.

Privacy Policy

Your details are strictly confidential.

Empress Mills (1927) Ltd. will not disclose Privileged Customer information to third parties. We will never sell or pass on your name and address to any other organisation for their commercial use. Businesses that process Privileged Customer information on our behalf (e.g. printers who need certain details to print our mailings) may be given limited access to your details. However these companies will under no circumstances use your details for anything other than Empress Mills related tasks.

By applying to become an Empress Mills (1927) Ltd. Privileged Customer you are consenting to the collection, processing and use of all the information you provide by Empress Mills (1927) Ltd.
